We collect the information you give us — your name, email, and the recipient and transaction details you enter — plus basic technical data needed to run the service securely.
We use your data to process and deliver your transactions, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve Ferry Send. We never sell your personal data.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Ferry Send does not store your full card details on our servers.
We share only the minimum necessary data with our delivery partners (such as Hubtel and Reloadly) to fulfil your transaction, and with service providers who help us operate.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@useferrysend.com.
